Legacy Packets

Our Portable Legacy Packet will hold all your end-of-life documents in one convenient, fire-proof, water-resistant pouch. Inside is a labeled file folder. Wills, estate information, military documents, Powers-of Attorney and other important papers can be safely stored inside. You won’t have to carry a safe around in the event of a hurricane evacuation and in the event of a fire, it is fire-resistant.

Not only will a completed packet provide peace of mind against peril, it can be created to provide a considerate, well-planned gift to your heirs. When a loved one passes away, the last thing they want to be doing is scrambling for Mom or Dad’s paperwork. That is why we included the word legacy in the title. It truly is a “gift” to your heirs.

An add-on to the packet is a service we provide called document sourcing. We can search through client’s current documents and uncover the crucial ones. If any are missing, such as military paperwork or marriage licenses, we are knowledgeable in requesting them as well. Such documents are crucial when applying for veteran or veteran spouse benefits. If gathered ahead of time, the application process will go smoother. We will also write obituaries so we can capture the client’s life story.
